term='orez'/><title type='text'>orez prajit cu legume thai</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;ingrediente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cana de orez bob lung (500g aprox 6,5 ron)&lt;br /&gt;- 2 linguri sos de soia (500ml 3,5 ron)&lt;br /&gt;- legume congelate thai (500g 5ron) in cazul nostru: morcovi, morcovi galbeni, porumb, mazare, bambus, etc&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ceapa&lt;br /&gt;- 2-3 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;- sare, zahar&lt;br /&gt;- ulei pentru prajit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;prepararea orezului:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- pentru fierbere se respecta regula generala de 1 cana de orez, 2 cani de apa, in care se adauga putina sare&lt;br /&gt;- dupa fierbere se lasa la scurs si racit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;prepararea amestecului de legume:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- se incinge intr-o tigaie putin ulei&lt;br /&gt;- se adauga amestecul de legume congelat si se lasa la prajit 5-10 minute&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;prepararea orezului prajit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- se taie ceapa si usturoiul marunt&lt;br /&gt;- se calesc in putin ulei&lt;br /&gt;- se adauga orezul racit si scurs de apa&lt;br /&gt;- se adauga cateva legume din amestecul de mai sus, pe cat posibil morcovi&lt;br /&gt;- se adauga sosul de soia&lt;br /&gt;- type='html'>&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;ingrediente:&lt;/span&gt; (pentru 3 persoane)&lt;br /&gt;- 300 g inele de calamar congelate (pret aproximativ 28ron/kg)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ou (0,5 ron bucata)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cana bere (2,5 ron/sticla 0,5l)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cana de faina (2,5 ron/kg)&lt;br /&gt;- ulei pentru prajit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;prepararea aluatului de bere&lt;/span&gt; (reteta lui Oliver Jamie):&lt;br /&gt;- se separa galbenusul de ou, se adauga 1 cana de faina si 1 cana de bere si se amesteca pentru a nu mai ramane cocoloase&lt;br /&gt;- albusul oului se bate tare si se adauga in compozitia preparata inainte&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;prepararea inelelor&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;- inelele de calamar decongelate, se dau prin compozitie si se prajesc in uleiul incins pentru cateva minute, pana devin aurii&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*se poate face si o compozitie simpla din oua si faina, dar
